Which is why we are recruiting Kids who are currently diagnosed with cancer or have been diagnosed in the past as Team Ambassadors? Because on our TEAM no kid will fight their battle alone!
These children are so brave and they inspire us with their heroic character that most of us could only dream of having ourselves. We want to not only support these Heroes but honor them for their bravery as well.
Every team will be able to adopt a pediatric cancer ambassador who will be invited to join them at team functions. Each team member will be encouraged to communicate with their ambassador via telephone, email and face book etc. to support their new friend who will benefit from the teams support while fighting their battle.
Team ambassadors will also be recognized for their bravery at their Teams game, match, meet or event which will be played or organized in honor of them in addition to the Team efforts.
